We're excited to announce some new features and changes to our site for the month of August and beyond. Many of our customers experienced delays with their orders due to a lacking within our fulfillment provider.
- As of Today, August 1st, we now have a new fulfillment provider that will allow us to provide tracking information for your order within 24 hours from purchase.
We believe this is a drastic change from what many of our users had been experiencing, and overall we aim to create the best customer experience for you all.
- Building on that, if you look up at our menu bar, we now have a page dedicated to Tracking your Order. This page will allow you to view detailed tracking information at any time. We do realize that previously it may have been slightly confusing on how to view your tracking information.
